Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

Withdrawal from the contract can be made using the model withdrawal form, which is available here.

Remember that the returned goods should be complete and not used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of such goods. If you handle the returned goods in a manner other than those indicated above, you are responsible for reducing its value.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you are obliged to send us the Goods at your own expense.

We will return the payment made by you within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal or return of the goods – on the terms specified in detail in the Regulations.
