What should be included in the complaint?

  • Data of the person submitting the complaint (name and surname of the Customer, correspondence address / e-mail address).
  • Information about the advertised goods (type of goods complained about, date of their purchase, etc.).
  • Detailed description of the defect and date of its discovery
  • Expected method of handling complaints

In order to consider the complaint, provide us with the goods complained about together with the proof of purchase.

We will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

In the event that the implementation of the complaint will involve sending new goods or removing non-conformities, we will cover the costs of delivery.
