This policy outlines essential information regarding the shelf life, returns, and exchanges of our products within three main categories: Solid Cosmetics (Hair & Body bars), Surface Cleaners (Soluble Surface Cleaner Tablets), and Accessories.

Our aim is to provide clear guidelines to our partners regarding:

  • The shelf life of our products, emphasizing safety and quality.
  • Procedures for product exchanges and returns in the event of quality issues or defects.

2. Product Categories
Our products are divided into three main categories:

  • Solid Cosmetics (Hair & Body bars): These products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture and are typically safe to use within 12 months after first use.
  • Surface Cleaners (Soluble Surface Cleaner Tablets): These products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. Once a tablet is dissolved in water, it is recommended to use the solution within 6 months.
  • Accessories: These products do not have an applicable shelf life. Our recommendation is to use them within 3 months after first use. However, the actual lifespan may vary depending on customer use and hygiene habits.

3. Expiration and Returns
a. Solid Cosmetics (Hair & Body bars): If a product is within its 2-year shelf life and 12 months after first use, and a partner encounters any quality issues or defects, we will exchange the product for the same or similar merchandise.
b. Surface Cleaners (Soluble Surface Cleaner Tablets): For tablets within their 2-year shelf life, or if the product has been used within 6 months after dissolution, and a partner experiences any issues, we will exchange the product for the same or similar merchandise.
c. Accessories: As accessories do not have a specific shelf life, returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a partner faces any issues or defects within a reasonable timeframe, we will consider an exchange for the same or similar merchandise.

4. Reporting
Partners are required to report any product issues, defects, or potential returns within 7 days from the date of discovery. This allows us to address the matter promptly.

5. Handling Expiry
If a product has exceeded its shelf life or recommended period of use, we may not be able to provide exchanges or refunds. It is essential for partners to manage their inventory to ensure products are used within the recommended timeframes.

6. Other Considerations
Please note that any product returns or exchanges must comply with our terms and conditions, including requirements for proof of purchase, documentation of defects, and adherence to the specified reporting period.
